LR’s Cooking Club team, the Ranger Raccoons, won the ‘Mise En Place’ award at Vermont Jr. Iron Chef in the High School Division for the dish “Lean, Mean, Pesto-Naan with Greens”. The award recognizes the team that demonstrates outstanding teamwork, skill, organization, and professionalism. There were 40 teams competing against our Ranger Raccoons, so this is a very impressive victory!
The team consisted of Julia Gardner, Ruby Gardner, Bailey Ingalls, Bella Hanover, Lee Blanco, and Mia Lussier. If you see them please congratulate them today!
