The Philadelphia Eagles steamrolled the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, to bring the Lombardi trophy to Phili for the first time since 2018. They won 40-22, with most of the Chiefs points coming in garbage time. Jalen Hurts won the MVP with 221 yards and two touchdowns, he also added a rushing touchdown.
The Eagles defensive line overwhelmed the o-line Chiefs’ and star quarterback Patrick Mahomes. He was sacked 6 times and had a first half QBR of 10.7, his lowest ever. His struggles were not just limited to sacks though, he also through a pick-6 and another pick that gave the Eagles very good field position which they took advantage of immediately by scoring a touchdown.

Jalen Hurts threw a 46 yard dagger of a touchdown to DeVonta Smith that signalled that the game was going to be totally controlled by the Eagles.
