BAGS Group Eliminates DEI From OCSU

They said it couldn’t be done this quickly
BAGS Group Eliminates DEI From OCSU

The Barton Academy Genius Students (BAGS), a group of 6th graders from the aforementioned school that tested very high in both the math and reading sections of the “Star 360” test, recently were able to dismantle the whole DEI nonsense in OCSU. It was a serious drain on the level of teaching in the district and now hires will be chosen on merit alone.

While the BAGS team was able to eliminate DEI easily because of the supreme power of The Shallot, especially with its influential location in the COFEC building, it was mostly because there wasn’t much to cut in the first place. According to Jennifer Sawyer, a student who is part of the BAGS Group, “OCSU may well be the most DEI-free of any district or organization in the USA.” The towns that make up OCSU are around 93% white, and should have a representation of teachers, curriculum, and language that represent that. To even find language that is DEI on the website before it was removed by the BAGS Group you had to click through approximately four different links, and every single one of those took 30 seconds to load.

The approximate estimated savings to the taxpayers for this change is $1.7 million dollars. The BAGS Group and The Shallot will be able to ensure that these destructive programs don’t come back as they have advisory positions on all hiring committees, curriculum meetings, and budgetary matters in the district. One person who used to be involved with hiring in the district and wished to remain anonymous as they are currently looking for a job said “When I was on a hiring committee we literally tossed out applications that didn’t meet our DEI goals.” This will never happen again in OCSU.

Not only have DEI practices in hiring been eliminated in an extremely efficient way, but in curriculum as well. For social studies, the district was already far ahead of its counterparts. Radical DEI conspiracy theories like the Holocaust are only sometimes taught before the 8th grade, and in the rare cases where this radical thought experiment is broached, accommodations are made so people who feel this event was faked or never happened are allowed to leave the class.

Now that The Shallot and the BAGS Group have managed to destroy all DEI programs in the district, they will be able to find other things they can cut, to save money and improve teacher retention.
