Spirit Week
April 11th through the 15th is a Lake Region Spirit Week. This time the Student Council has come out with some new and interesting themes to engage the Lake Region students.
On Monday there will be Generations Day. Freshman dress up as babies. Sophomores dress up as college students. Juniors dress up as parents, and Seniors are senior citizens. Tuesday will be Hawaiian Day. Dress up in your best Hawaiian shirt to bring the summer spirit. Wednesday will be Athlete vs. Mathlete. Dress up in your jerseys of choice, intellectual or sporty. Thursday we will have Country vs. Country Club. Channel your inner cowboy or your preppy ‘country club’ soul. Friday will be the traditional class colors day. Freshman will wear yellow, sophomores will wear red, juniors will wear white, and seniors will have the color of blue. Also on Friday we will have our Duck Day. The student council will hide ducks around the school while students stay in their advisories. Once released, students will search for ducks in every corner of the school. Collect the ducks and bring them to the table in the lobby to get small candies for the baby ducks and a full size bar of chocolate for the big ducks.
