About The LR Post And The Shallot

The LR post is a student run news organization that reports on issues pertaining to LR and and the wider world. It has some support from two staff member advisors who make judgements on whether a thing can be classified as new or is just gossip. We try to be as accurate as possible but if you find any errors please send us a comment and we will try to remedy them.

The Shallot is a news organization with a staff of about 300 that reports on all of the real news. It is under the umbrella of the LR Post simply because paying 300 writers to be minimally productive is hard enough, but paying for a website is even tougher.  If you have any issues with the Shallot we suggest you take it up with the inspiration for this online paper known to the world as The Onion. Although they may control all the world’s transatlantic shipping lanes we do control the outcome of every single Little League World Series, and have been known on occasion to rig voting machines in the favor of whoever gives us the most money. If you believe anything that is written in the Shallot or anything written about it please take it up with your support animal of choice.
