Theatre is an afterschool activity where magic comes to life through drama with song and dance! These shows manifest through the hard work of kids learning their lines, songs, and dances. The end product is one that the members are proud of and the audience enjoys. However, it’s not only actors that turn a play into a performance—a vital part of the process and ultimate staging of the Theater Club’s performance is the tech crew. The tech crew works on stage movements, lights, sound, and many other technical aspects of putting on a show. While doing this job and working with the cast, the tech crew will gain community service. We need as many willing participants as possible.
