Creamy Pesto Dip

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp pesto (I use store bought but homemade works just as well) 
  • 1 block of cream cheese (my family prefers Philadelphia, but any brand will do)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

 

Directions

  1. Check to make sure you have nothing in your oven and then preheat to 350 degrees
  2. Add your block of cream cheese to an oven safe bowl
  3. Slather your pesto over your block of cream cheese
  4. Bake your cream cheese and pesto in the oven for 15 minutes (when you open the oven you should hear a bit of crackling and bubbling)
  5. Take a spoon and mix your dip until the pesto is fully mixed into the block of cream cheese
  6. Serve either family style or separate into individual bowls and serve with as many tortilla chips as preferred
