Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp pesto (I use store bought but homemade works just as well)
- 1 block of cream cheese (my family prefers Philadelphia, but any brand will do)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Directions
- Check to make sure you have nothing in your oven and then preheat to 350 degrees
- Add your block of cream cheese to an oven safe bowl
- Slather your pesto over your block of cream cheese
- Bake your cream cheese and pesto in the oven for 15 minutes (when you open the oven you should hear a bit of crackling and bubbling)
- Take a spoon and mix your dip until the pesto is fully mixed into the block of cream cheese
- Serve either family style or separate into individual bowls and serve with as many tortilla chips as preferred
