Chipotle-Raspberry Pork Chops

½ cup seedless raspberry preserves

4 bone-in Pork chops

1 can/ jar of chipotle in adobo sauce (thin chopped)

½ teaspoon salt
Directions:

In a small saucepan cook and stir the preserves and Chipotle pepper on medium heat until heated through. Reserve ¼ for serving.

Sprinkle Pork with salt and brush with the remaining sauce.

Lightly grease your grill or your boiler pan rack. Grill should be at medium heat. Broiler should be set to 4. Cook about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until the thermometer reads 145 degrees.

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with reserved sauce.
