Sweet Lemon Shrimp

⅓ cup hoisin sauce

¼ cup honey
-
½ cup lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)

1 ½ pounds shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Optional 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves (fresh)

Optional Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions

Whisk together hoisin sauce, lemon juice, and honey, as well as any salt and pepper added for taste. In a large bowl mix together the new mixture and the shrimp.

Let your shrimp marinate anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place the shrimp on the baking sheet and discard the leftover marinade.

Place shrimp into the oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through (The shrimp will be pink and firm).

Serve immediately and garnish with cilantro if desired.
