Guacamole Turkey Burger

  • 1 medium Zucchini

  • 1 (160z) package of ground turkey breast

  • 1 tbsp Chili powder

  • ¼ cup pre-made guacamole

  • 4 burger buns


  1. Grate the Zucchini into a large bowl. Mix in the ground turkey and chili powder. Add in salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Form meat into 4 patties. Each ½ an inch thick.

  3. Heat a large greased non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add in burger patties and cook for about 4 minutes or until the bottom is browned. Flip the burgers, cover the pan, and cook for another 4 minutes or until cooked through.

  4. Toast the burger buns.

  5. Put the patties on the buns. Then add guacamole on top of the burgers, and serve.
