Take 5 Chicken Stir Fry



  • 2 cups Stir fry noodle
  • 20oz frozen stir fry vegetables
  • ½ cup stir fry sauce
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped chicken
  • 1 cup cooking oil (optional)



  1. Cook the stir fry noodles following package directions.
  2. In another pan cook the chopped chicken until they are cooked through (juices will run clear when cut into).
  3. Heat oil in either a large skillet or wok over high heat. (To remove oil from the recipe use a nonstick skillet and put at medium heat)
  4. Carefully add vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes stirring frequently. If you want extra flavor, cook until the vegetables are slightly brown on the skins. 
  5. Stir in chicken and heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add sauce, then cooked noodles. Toss to coat the noodles and vegetables in your sauce.  Continue to stir in the pan until all ingredients are equally coated and to the desired serving temperature.
